I actually lost count of the many lovely terraces in this house. I did, note, however, that the one off the master bedroom suite will make you feel like a Hollywood star, sitting in your chaise lounge, drink in hand. What’s more, all of these terraces have magnificent, protected, panoramic views of San Miguel. In fact, if you didn’t have to attend to the basic necessities of life, you could pretty much live on your terraces. However, since you’ll probably have to go inside at some point (sigh), you can console yourself with the fact that your indoor space is pretty great too.
Let me begin by saying that this place is immaculate. I mean pristine. The current owners have taken great care with surfaces of every kind, and have recently renovated the floors and woodwork. It shows. And, with it’s current furnishings, which could be included in the sale, this home also has style. As you enter the house, you are greeted by stained glass and a towering boveda and cupola. The living room includes an antique cantera fireplace, big glass doors, unique light fixtures, and a huge terrace, perfect for entertaining. The master bedroom, located on the second floor, features a sitting area with fireplace, lots of big windows, open wood beam ceilings, large walk in closet, spacious bathroom with whirlpool bath, and of course, that outrageous terrace. Also upstairs is the guest bedroom with its own full bath.
If you are in need of a third space, the room downstairs could serve as either an office, t.v. room, or another guest bedroom, as it has its own bath. You can also create yet another large space for entertaining on the roof, which is already equipped with water, drainage, and electrical. On a practical note, a laundry/storage room is located downstairs as well, also with its own bath.
